AetherNode

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2023

By accessing or utilizing the consulting services provided by AetherNode Infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Consulting Engagement

All infrastructure modifications, including but not limited to Kubernetes cluster deployments and BGP route adjustments, are performed based on the telemetry provided by the client. AetherNode is not liable for outages resulting from undisclosed legacy hardware constraints.

Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Uptime guarantees (e.g., 99.999%) are contingent upon the client maintaining the recommended redundant hardware configurations across multiple availability zones as specified in our architectural blueprints.

Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all Terraform state files and access keys will be securely transferred to the client's internal engineering team.
